Terms of Use
These terms apply between you and Nicolai Veyron Uberg when you use FormCaddie. By using the app, you accept them.
What the app is
FormCaddie analyzes your golf swing from video and gives you feedback and drill suggestions. The analysis is a training tool based on automatic motion detection from a single camera, and it can be wrong. It does not replace a golf coach, and it is not medical or health advice. Train within your own physical limits.
Account
You need an account via Sign in with Apple to use the app. You are responsible for the activity on your account. You can delete it at any time under Profile → Delete account.
Free analyses and FormCaddie Pro
You get a set number of free analyses per account (5 at the time these terms were written). The count is shown in the app. FormCaddie Pro is a subscription that gives you unlimited analyses, a personal training plan, and new checkpoint measurements as they ship.
Subscription terms
- Price and period. FormCaddie Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. The price in your currency is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID on confirmed purchase.
- Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancellation. Cancel under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, not by deleting the app. You keep Pro for the rest of the period you have paid for.
- Withdrawal and refunds. Apple is the seller of the subscription. Refunds and rights of withdrawal are therefore handled by Apple, not by me—see Apple's refund page. The purchase gives you access immediately, and you agree that delivery starts right away.
- Price changes. If I change the price, you are notified in advance and must accept the new price for the subscription to renew.
What you may not do
You may not circumvent payment or usage limits, decompile the app, or use it for anything unlawful.
Your content
Your swing videos are yours. They stay on your device, and I gain no rights to them. See the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The app is provided as is. I cannot guarantee that the analysis is always correct, or that the app is always available or error-free. My liability is limited to what you have paid for the subscription in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory Norwegian consumer law.
Governing law
Norwegian law applies. If you are a consumer, you may always bring a case before the court where you live, and you may complain to the Norwegian Consumer Council.
